Obama Buys Real Estate from a Convicted Felon, Then Criticizes McCain for Owning 7 Homes

Barack Obama’s attacks on Senator McCain this week have been extremely sloppy and very ironic. First, he criticized a McCain fund raiser for having ties to Jack Abramoff. Yet Senator McCain led the Abramoff investigation, and Obama fund raiser William Ayers not only has shady associations, but he is an unrepentant terrorist and was a member of the Weather Underground. Now Senator Obama is critical of Senator McCain for owning several homes, some of which are investment properties. A rather ironic criticism since none of Senator McCain’s properties were purchased from a convicted felon unlike Senator Obama who purchased property from Tony Rezco, good friend, Obama fund raiser, and convicted felon.

  2. I do not see anything wrong with someone owning seven properties. How is this my or Obama’s business? How is this realated to taxex, gas prices, health care and other issues? And finally, what does this fact have to do with Obama’s pay grade mentality?
Comrade Obama, not only your Saddleback performence sucked, your attacks on McCain are laughable, weak and plain stupid.
    I am very disappointed.

  3. Should McCain own 1,000 houses, so what?

That Obama has taken this bait and attacked McCain shows the extent to which Obama has tanked.

Of ALL the issues facing our country, and he thinks this will gain traction?

And this windup doll really thinks America will elect him to be its CEO, protector of the Constitution and CINC?

Truly, the guy’s dumber than a rock, with apologies to all rocks, and continues to present himself as a pathetic weakling who, having no experienced, flails away at his putative opponent–remember: SoetorObama still has not been officially nominated–while steadily getting an adult’s foot planted up his hindquarters.

  4. So let me get this straight: Buying real estate from a guy who years later gets convicted for something that is not related to this deal, is wrong?

Have you checked what has happened to everyone you bought a house or a car from?

McCain was criticised for not “knowing” how many houses he owns. Of course he knew. He just didn’t want to answer the question.

He should have said: I’ll give you some straight talk: I’m rich, embarrasingly rich. I own 8 houses. Next question please!

  5. Half the country seems to be a “convicted felon”. The country gyrates wildly. Some people go to jail over a speck of crack, but others walk free when they get caught with pounds and pounds of drugs. It’s the money- stupid.

No way I would vote for McCain, nor follow him anywhere, nor give him the time of day- much less fight a war for him. I done played that game.. “kill the commies for democracy”. To defend what? To protect who?

It is the USA that needs to clean up it’s own act, and always has been. We are much similar to the banana republics that we are “bringing democracy” to.

  6. Obama’s criticizism is particularly weak, because of his own shady dealings. Rezco was under investigation when he bought property from his wife. Even Obama says it was a bone headed move. Then he criticizes McCain on real estate. It’s sloppy and it’s silly. If the homes are a part of his wife’s business that he doesn’t deal with, it’s very understandable why he wouldn’t know the count. Hat tip to his wife for being a successful business woman.

  7. McCain DOES NOT own a house of HIS OWN. He shares 4 houses with his wife, and the other 3 belongs to his wife.

  8. I just wanted to stop by and tell you that I really enjoyed this post. It was full of great information and creativity, both of which we always can use more of.
